RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All in-store purchases may only be exchanged to stores within 3 business days from the original store of purchase, with proof of receipt. Please contact your local store for return policy information.

Online purchases made through PAPERSANDSTUFF.COM are valid for exchange within 14 business days from the shipping/delivery date.
Your return/exchange form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.

All returned items must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange Form, with the exchange item stated. Only ONE (1) time of exchange is allowed per receipt.

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

SALE MERCHANDISE, GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CARDS, BEST BUY ITEMS, PRINTER CONSUMABLES, TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS, FURNITURE ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS DUE TO MANUFACTURERS’ DEFECTS.

Office Supplies

Only exchanges of the same product are allowed within 7 business days from the shipping/delivery date.

Software

Strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Technology and Business Machines

Technology and business machines — such as computers, digital cameras, printers and tablets — may only be exchange for the same product within 7 business days of the date of shipping/delivery, if it is defective when you receive it.

Furniture

Furniture is only exchangeable for the same product within 7 business days if it is defective when you receive it.

Ink and Toner Cartridges

Strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Prepaid Cards

Gift cards and e-gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. They are valid only at the retailer/service provider listed on the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific terms and conditions are included with each card.

Returns without a Receipt

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Premio reserves the right to deny any return/exchange without proof of receipt.
